Initiation: Develop a project plan that details requirements, resources, and schedule.
Execution: We conduct internal audits for quality and review deliverables and commissioning plans with our customers to ensure execution is flawless.
Commissioning: Commissioning documents are presented and the new control system is monitored to confirm system performance is met or exceeded.
Closure: Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied. Project documents are transferred. Our goal is to maintain a relationship with our customers.
